The enchanting evening features the exquisite voice of Pogorelc, who will captivate the audience with her rendition of two remarkable arias. One of these is “Lungi da te, mio bene” from “Mitridate, re di Ponto” (KV 87), a heartfelt expression of longing and separation. The other is the enthralling combination of “Ch’io mi scordi di te” and “Non temer, amato bene” (KV 505), an emotionally stirring journey of love and resilience.
