Ms. Pogorelc awarded 2020 Luminarts Fellowship in Classical Voice

Emily Pogorelc is the 2020 recipient of the Luminarts Fellowship in classical voice. Sponsored by Frank De Vincentis, the fellowship is awarded annually by Luminarts Cultural Foundation in Chicago, Illinois.

Ms. Pogorelc competed in two rounds at the Union League Club in Chicago, after which the Classical Voice Fellowships were awarded to Ms. Pogorelc and tenor Mario Rojas by a distinguished panel of judges including sopranos Nicole Cabell and Kimberly Jones. This fellowship is a monetary award of $15,000 and joining the elite roster of distinguished artists. The Luminarts Classical Music Fellowship program is sponsored in part by the Paul M. Angell Family Foundation.
